Bisbee is known for its numerous stairways, and it is the home of a fitness event, the 1000 Stair Climb. The mural is done in sepia and gray tones, and a few of the city's stairs are seen behind a young lady who is reclining as she holds a peace symbol. A peace dove is superimposed on the sun, slightly behind her, and there are eight stars over her head. Near her knees is a bowl with a pear and an apple, and at her feet are flowers that could be Arizona's State Flower, the saguaro cactus blossom. Behind her feet are two ears of corn, still in the husk, with the stairs and the nearby mountains behind them. At the bottom of the mural is a ribbon, curled at both ends, with "Peace Wall - Bisbee Arizona" on it.
