Cyril, Oklahoma is a small town of a little more than 1000 residents in southwest Oklahoma. A half-block off the main street is an area behind the town buildings called Cyril Town Plaza. Here, the town has highlighted their history with a mural and plaque, a small gazebo and this time capsule.
