[DE] Die Auferstehungskirche ist ein dreigeschossiger Rundbau mit einer für Kirchen unüblichen Architektur/Form.
"Das architektonisch anspruchsvolle Wahrzeichen auf dem Bonner Venusberg liegt am Haager Weg 69/71 und steht seit 1999 als Baudenkmal unter Denkmalschutz.
Das Gebäude ist ein Rundbau mit einer aufgesetzten Stufe, die aus einem Fensterkranz besteht. Das Untergeschoss ist aus Ziegeln gemauert. Die Fenster des Obergeschosses sind zwischen Betonstützen eingehängt. Auf dem Obergeschoss erhebt sich der kleine und flache, zum Eingang der Kirche hin leicht überkragende Glockenstuhl, der vier Glocken enthält. Auf dem Glockenstuhl steht ein Betonkreuz. Das Hauptportal ist dreiflügelig.
Der runde Innenraum enthält gegenüber dem Eingang einen Altar. Er steht auf einem an die Wand angelehnten, 5-stufigen Hochchor. Rechts vom Altar befindet sich die nur leicht erhöhte, in ihrer Anmutung wuchtige Kanzel, links die Orgel auf der Empore. Unter der Orgel steht in einer Nische der Taufstein. Altar, Kanzel und Taufstein wurden vom Mettmanner Steinmetz Horst Strempler aus Muschelkalk gefertigt. Hinter dem Altar hängt ein schlichtes, rund 6 Meter hohes Wandkreuz eines Ippendorfer Schreiners, schräg oberhalb der Kanzel ein bronzener Corpus Christi von Josef Elter, das ursprünglich in Mirabellenholz geschaffen und nur zweimal abgegossen wurde. Drei Glasfenster von Johannes Schreiter (Ausführung: Karl Jörres) aus dem Jahr 1957 zeigen als Motive „Phönix aus der Asche“, „Pelikan, der seine Jungen mit seinem Blut nährt“ (Bezug zum Opfertod Jesu Christi) sowie „Lamm mit Siegesfahne“, Ausführung jeweils in Antikglas und Blei. Die Deckenkonstruktion aus Holz in Form eines Sternes verdeckt die darüber verlaufenden Versorgungsleitungen."

The building is a round building with a raised step consisting of a window wreath. The ground floor is brick-built. The windows of the upper floor are suspended between concrete pillars. On the upper floor rises the small and flat bell-chair, which has four bells, slightly overhanging the entrance of the church. A concrete cross stands on the bell-chair. The main portal is three-leafed.
The round interior contains an altar opposite the entrance. He stands on a 5-tier high choir leaning against the wall. To the right of the altar is the pulpit, which is only slightly raised in its appearance, and the organ on the left. Under the organ stands the baptismal stone in a niche. The altar, the pulpit and the baptismal stone were made of muschelkalk by Mettmanner Steinmetz Horst Strempler. Behind the altar is a simple 6-meter-high wall cross of an Ippendorfer carpenter, obliquely above the pulpit, a bronze Corpus Christi by Josef Elter, which was originally created in Mirabellenholz and was only poured twice. Three glass windows by Johannes Schreiter (designed by Karl Jörres) from 1957 show as motifs "Phoenix from the ashes", "Pelikan, which nourishes his boys with his blood" (reference to the sacrificial death of Jesus Christ) as well as "Lamb with Victory flag" Execution in antique glass and lead.
