A skyscraper at San Jacinto and McKinney extends out over, covering San Jacinto Street. On the roof of the extension is a rooftop seating area and a square fountain with art at its center.

The bottom floors of the skyscraper is a paring garage, and that is what the extension is also. I am not sure how to get onto the rooftop area, but I viewed the fountain from the skywalk next to it.
