The tower built of brick is situated at the ground elevation of 581 m. It features 82 steps and it is the oldest tower of its kind in the Šluknov Spur. The observation deck with crenellations was roofed in 1909, with the roof increasing the height of the tower to the current 16 metres.

Na táhlém hrbítku na vrcholu stojí cihlová ctyrboká vež rozhledny z roku 1889, kterou postavil Horský spolek pro nejsevernejší Cechy (ceský preklad) pod vedením tehdejšího predsedy MUDr. Johanna Hilleho. Puvodní rozhledna byla vysoká 12 metru, soucasná rozhledna merí 19 metru a k prosklenému hornímu výhledu vede 66 schodu. Izolovaná poloha rozhledny umožnuje témer kruhový rozhled na Ceské Švýcarsko, Saské Švýcarsko, Lužické hory, Labské pískovce nebo Krušné hory.
