Cette fontaine, alimentée par un bras de l'antenne est couverte d'une construction maçonnée rectangulaire, à coté de laquelle se situe un ancien abreuvoir où les animaux venaient se désaltérer.
Chapitre est le lieu-dit situé le plus au Nord de la commune de Les Touches de Périgny, qui compte 15 km de cours d’eau dont l’Antenne et ses nombreux biefs. Il existait autrefois 10 moulins à eau. Plusieurs sources et fontaines alimentent ces cours d’eau.

This fountain, fed by an arm of the antenna is covered with a rectangular masonry construction, next to which is located an old trough where the animals came to quench their thirst.
Chapter is the northernmost spot of the commune of Les Touches de Périgny, which has 15 km of rivers including the Antenne and its many diversion bays. There used to be ten water mills. Several springs and fountains feed these streams.
