"The Moscow Police Department consists of thirty-five commissioned peace officers, eight civilian support members, and volunteer reserve officers who strive daily to deliver exceptional enforcement and educational services to our community. The City of Moscow is home to the University of Idaho. In our partnership with the university, our members provide contracted law enforcement services to the campus community and operate a substation within the Idaho Commons building. I have had NO problems with taking photos of Police stations but please respect the fact that some services may be nervous about having their photo taken and inquire as to why... I have found that once things are explained they are more than happy to let me photograph the building, crest, chief... (they are people too!)
