The Isla Parishes Church was formerly Kilry Parish Church, which merged with the United Churches of Airlie, Ruthven, Kingoldrum, Glenisla and Lintrathen in 2005.
The church was opened in 1876 and is a simple oblong with white-harled walls and a slate roof, which sits atop a belfry on the western side. A war memorial stained glass window dates from the 20th century.
The building was C-listed on January 15th 1980.
The church is situated at the foot of Glenisla in the western part of the county of Angus, at the junction of two minor roads, amidst farming country. The main service takes place at 10am on Sundays.
