This is the first operational aircraft of the 183 Tactical Reconnaissance Squadron, night photo.

The RB-26 was operational from 1 July, 1953 to 2 April, 1958 when Major Thomas F. Brown and 2Lt Normer L. Gill, Jr. Flew the last aircraft to the Davis-Monthan AFB boneyard.

The 183rd had the distinction of being the only unit in the Air National Guard with a night photo mission.
