The warehouse and office building was constructed for William Sandover and Co in 1890. The rendered two storey building has a decorative parapet with balustrade and bracketed cornice. The ground floor has stucco architraves over arched windows and a central drive through entrance . The building is now the Vice Chancellery for Notre Dame University
