Review:
Well, once in awhile, you find a dud, and we found one this morning. We came in, stood at the register, and one young lady said "Hello" before disappearing into the back. That was it for her. Four or five other employees were too busy to help us -- points go to the young lady working the drive-thru, as she was probably outworking the others -- and we watched them play "Not my job" for a few minutes as they avoided eye contact with us. We left them to their sweeping, restocking, and standing around as we went somewhere else.
Next time, we'll fire up the video camera.
