Proper Description: "A high relief sculpture of General John A. Logan on horseback. He sits atop the horse with his body turned sideways, facing the viewer. His proper left hand holds the reins, while his proper right hand holds his hat, at his side. Beneath the equestrian figure is a medallion of the general's wife." ~ Smithsonian American Art Museum
