On the West Portland Road is this 'Tin Man' who appears to be laughing at 'you', while he is 'taking a squat'!

"Capijara", the Tin Man sits outside 440 West Portland Road residence, with his mouth wide open ready to accept any mail/correspondence. Or maybe he laughing at the comics.
The head of this Tin Man appears to be an old 'night soil' can (ask you parents if you don't know what that is!)
A couple of trailer indicator lights make up his eyes (no evidence that they would work!) And a brass tap is the replacement for his nose. The handles of the 'Dunny Can' make a good substitute for his ears.
He has a broad 'floppy' tin 'disk' for a hat, with a domed section to keep the weather off.
His angled tin shoulders are resting on a four-bolt rusty wheel rim. With his tin arms, he appears to be holding the "Capijara Newspaper" while relieving himself

[I had been out in this general direction to Attend a CITO Event, and then went on to find a couple of geocaches, and photograph some Waymarks.]
