Managed by Gloria and Ilary who are professional, friendly and attentive. The fruit ice cream is milk-free and made with real fruit, often coming from organic producers. All flavors are naturally gluten-free. They even have vegan gluten-free waffles available. They use ricotta di Capuzzo and a paste of 100% Bronte pistachios, with no added fat and sugar. There is no doubt: for lovers of ice cream and pastry this is the best of Palermo. The fruit flavors, made exclusively with fresh seasonal fruit, are extraordinary.
