The sign reads as:

Abraham Patrick
1775-1855
Born in Schohaire County in New York State. Patrick came to Westminster Township in 1809. He received a grant of 200 acres of land from Col. Thomas Talbot. In 1811 he brought his wife, Lucy Guernsey, and their children from New York State to lot 71 W.B.N.T.R. and built the first log house in Lambeth, on the east bank of the Dingman Creek.

Erected by the Westminister Township Historiacal Society. Dedicated June 5, 1983.
