This one-story rusticated cut stone building is located at 100 E 7th Street. The fenestration on the south facade (7th Street) consists of single pane glass display window; a stucco area separated by vertical stonework; another single pane glass display window; a single metal and glass door; and another single pane glass display window. There is a metal canopy above the fenestration. There is no fenestration on the west (Baker) side of the building. The stonework and cornice above the canopy are undecorated.
