I could find very little on this location at 32399 CA-18 in Lucerne Valley, CA.
On our way to Big Bear we of course were geocaching along the way. We noticed a cache was located at this abandon area with a front entrance gate that was lock and attached to two large pillars. But the fence has since fallen and deteriorated.
We explored the property and thought it was used as a studio location for filming. There were many structures / facades that had seen better days.
