This two-story red brick building is located at 104-108 N Stephenson in Harrison, Ar. The first floor fenestration is as follows from left to right: Three pane glass bay window separated by metal stripping; Glass and metal door entry with glass transom above; two pane glass bay with metal stripping; brick separation for the two addresses; bay window that recesses to a glass and metal door entry; flanking bay window and recess; and finally a glass and metal door that leads to the upper floor. A separate canvas canopy covers the fenestration of each of the addresses.

The second story has six five-over-three windows with concrete lintels below and decorative angled lintels above. There are three courses of grey stone just below the cornice.
