Drive on the Mount Evans highway (this is a fee highway) to Summit Lake. From the Summit Lake parking lot. Follow the road a little further, then head up the side. Or, if you don't feel like climbing, follow the road to within a few yards of the summit. For a really cool view that few bother to see, hike over to the west summit at N39° 35.315 W105° 38.962. It's only 8 feet lower than the main summit, but is rarely visited.
