This is pretty much all that remains of the old White Rock community, located on Fannin County Road 4250 in rural Fannin County, northwest of Bailey and southeast of Randolph. A notable burial here, marked with a Texas Historical Marker, is the grave of James Fowler Biggers, who was an early area settler and lay minister in White Rock.
