This small cenotaph was erected to commemorate the men of Cullingworth who died in the First World War. It was later amended for the men who died during the Second World War.

It is the form of a two stepped base surmounted by cenotaph with capitol at the top. It has incised inscription on the sides and a wreath and flags carved in relief at the top below the capitol on the 6 O'clock face.
