There are six names on the plaque the following information was found at Find a Grave:

Louis Slosberg was born in 1880 and passed away on August 20, 1966, he was about the age of 86.

Sophie Slosberg was born in 1881 and passed away in 1980, she was about the age of 99. Both Louis and Sophie are at rest in the Mount Sinai Cemetery in Portland, Maine.

Charles L. Slosberg was born on April 2, 1902 and passed away on August 20, 1979 at the age of 77.

Irene Rose Slosberg was born on October 2, 1911 and passed away on June 2, 2003 at the age of 91. Both Charles and Irene are at rest in the Mount Sinai Cemetery in Portland, Maine.

Samuel Slosberg was born in 1910 and passed away in 1998 at about the age of 88.

Lynn Slosberg was born in 1913 and passed away in 2003 she was about the age of 90. Both Samuel and Lynn are at rest in the Oak Grove Cemetery in Gardiner, Maine.
