This headstone is made of concrete, rectangular in shape and rounded at the corners. Around the edge is decoration in the form of small blue stones and daisy medallions. The inscription is:

Next to her name is a small heart, painted, as well as another flower, painted and including the entire plant. I bet one of her grandchildren helped out here. Interestingly, Findagrave indicates that she was born in June, while the headstone has "1" for January. Somewhere, "Jan" and "Jun" have been confused.
