Not far from Nowendoc Road, west of Mount George, on Knodingbul Road, is this horse float letterbox.

I first saw (and photographed) this letterbox while checking out potential hiding places for geocaches in the wilds beyond Mount George (eg, Dingo Peak).
This is a scaled down, double-horse float, painted sky-blue, with double axles and a long draw bar. A rearing horse is painted on either side of the letterbox/float. It is bolted to a 50 mm square steel post.
When the owners of the property saw me taking a photo of the letter box they came out for a chat, and mentioned that they had a few horses, and while I tried to get some in the background of one of the photos it was too hard to get both distances in focus.
