H.M. was Henry McKindry "Hank" Coffee while Frances was Frances Adele Coleman Coffee. While the headstone's creator didn't do much to protect it -- some of the inscription is beginning to wear -- they did put some love into it. One can see the guidelines to make things straight as they used a wood burner to create the inscription, and there are three daisies as decoration. The reverse is blank, and the inscription is:
