"Pred válkou byl majitelem Leopold Wiinsch-Zdeborský, v 18. stol. patril Stadlerovi. Zde pri biskupském dvore vznikaly krámky ("domky, chýše"). Bývali zde ševci, zámecníci, uzdari a nožíri. Vubec se pak této strane ríkalo "V krámcích" a remeslníkum se zde dobre vedlo. V 16. stol. zde ríkali "U Kalixtu" podle ševce Jakuba Kalixta."
