The sculpture named "Lucky Country" was an exhibit in Sculptures by the Sea in 2015 and subsequently purchased the local council.
The sculptor sees it as a reference to the Australia pysche, the tension between positive and negative and what we choose to see.. Others see it as a reference to the convicts that were transported to this country and who helped make it what it is
