Located at the south end of a boardwalk crossing over the Truckee River and next to Lake Tahoe Dam is a plaque that reads:

LAKE TAHOE OUTLET - LAKESIDE TRAIL CROSSING

In appreciation of
TIM LESLIE
for service in the
California State Assembly
and
California State Senate
from 1986 to 2006.
Recognizing his dedication to Lake Tahoe,
and his support for this project.
