location of arch: 87 Old Alexandria Rd., entrance to Old Alexandria Cemetery, Old Alexandria
This arch is the entrance to the cemetery, there is another, exactly the same, at the south of this one which is the exit to the cemetery.
The arch is supported by two brick columns approx. 3 feet tall holding one to a leg. The legs are steel poles painted black, approx 6 to 7 feet in length.
Across the top is filigree wrought Iron holding the cemetery name: OLD ALEXANDRIA CEMETERY
