From the Sisters Ranger Station, travel generally NW on US20 for 9.5 miles. Turn left onto George McAllister Road, FR2060. Continue about 0.4 miles and bear right onto FR2061. Continue 4.6 miles to the corner on the left.
Type of survey mark: 3-1/4" brass cap on iron pipe; rising 7"

What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?:
The corner bears E, about 180' from the centerline of FR2061. There are no standing bearing trees. There are two U-posts both with PROPERTY BOUNDARY and LAND SURVEY MONUMENT signs. One bears E, 51" distant, and the other S, 42" removed.


What property is this mark defining?:
Firs Holdings LLC property SE of the corner, else Deschutes National Forest; see also Survey CS#00011 filed in the Deschutes County Surveyors Office and USDI-Bureau of Land Management, Field Notes of the Remonumentation of Certain Original Corner Points, Township 14 South, Range 8 East of the Willamette Meridian in the State of Oregon; Survey Completed August 5, 1966
