Now Grain Growers Elevator #1, the elevator is on the north side of the tracks, between Lake and Laurel Streets. It is a corrugated steel covered wood cribbed elevator with a large round steel bin at the east end used as an annex for additional storage. The station is the top of the elevator head, the highest point on the elevator. It could also be considered a cupola.

STATION DESCRIPTION
DESCRIBED BY COAST AND GEODETIC SURVEY 1950 (WRH) THE STATION IS LOCATED IN THE NORTHWEST PART OF REARDAN, ABOUT 100 YARDS NORTH OF U.S. HIGHWAY 2 AND ABOUT 100 FEET SOUTH OF THE MAIN RAILROAD TRACKS.

THE STATION IS A WOODEN BUILDING, PAINTED GREY, OWNED BY THE CENTENNIAL FLOURING MILLS COMPANY. THE POINT INTERSECTED WAS THE CENTER AND TOP OF THE HIGHEST PART OF THE BUILDING WHICH IS ABOUT 75 FEET ABOVE THE GROUND.
