The present corner bears W, about 160' distant from T14S R8E S11 12 [S14] COR, WAYMARK WMTE29.
Type of survey mark: 2-1/2" brass cap on galvanized iron pipe; flush with duff
What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?:
Found a ponderosa pine with a DO NOT DISTROY ribbon, a yellow BEARING TREE tag and an ATTENTION sign on the backside. Also found two white firs each with two yellow BEARING TREE tags and an ATTENTION sign on the backside. There is a PROPERTY BOUNDARY decal on a Carsonite witness post which bears E, 20" distant and a PROPERTY BOUNDARY sign mounted on a U-post which bears W 79" distant. Found an old LOCATION POSTER on a 31" ponderosa pine which bears NW, about 3' distant.
There is an amended monument which bears S, 21" distant from the true corner.
What property is this mark defining?:
Firs Holdings LLC property N of the corner, else Deschutes National Forest;
