"Parked the car to the south @ S32° 21.688' E151° 59.425' which is just over a kilometre away from the trig. The bush looks a lot thicker than it actually is, tho there is a lot of nasty lawyer vine waiting to make you 'wait-a-while'. I took a machete and and walking pole".
I have rated the Terrain 3½ on that site. A machete IS handy.
The wooden post is in reasonable condition, but there is only 3 of the four vanes still attached to it, with the other one lying beside the cairn.
