From the Sisters Ranger Station, travel generally NW on US20 for 11.6 miles. Turn left onto FR2066, then bear left on FR2067 in about 0.2 miles, and continue 4.7 miles to the junction with FR2061-600. Park and walk generally NE on FR2061-600 about 1.4 miles to the corner on the right.
Type of survey mark: 2-1/2" brass cap on steel pipe in a ring of stones; rising 6"

What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?:
The corner bears S, 270' distant from the centerline of FR2061-600 and W, 40' distant from the centerline of FR2061-640. Found a fir in the SW quadrant with a yellow BEARING TREE tag and a LAND SURVEY MONUMENT sign on the backside. There are PROPERTY BOUNDARY and LAND SURVEY MONUMENT signs mounted on a U-post which bears S, 44" distant.


What property is this mark defining?:
Firs Holdings LLC property E of the corner, else Deschutes National Forest; see also Survey CS#00007 filed in the Deschutes County Surveyors Office.
