The La Crosse River runs just North of Rockland, Wisconsin. This bridge spans the river at County Highway J. The disk can be acquired by parking at the Emergency Evacuation Access Point parking just Southwest of the bridge and walking. The disk is located on the East side of road at the North end of the bridge and is marked by a white witness post.
