This disk is located on the East end on the North abutment of a box culvert traversing Stillwell Creek. There is one white witness post just to the East of the culvert near the disk. There is a place to park on the North side of Highway 21, East of the box culvert. The disk was placed in 2004 by the Wisconsin DOT.
