This bench is located at the far end of Mayfield Cemetery under the flag pole. The inscription is:
IN LOVING MEMORY OF ERICA SMITH
ALWAYS ON MY MIND
FOREVER IN OUR HEARTS ...

Her obituary simply states that Erica Lynn Smith died suddenly, at the tender young age of 12 on 19 January 2016.
