Clock presented to the City of Wolverhampton by Richard Padmore Esq. Mayor in 1849 and erected in 1851. Rebuilt 100 years later by Hardy & Padmore Ltd.
CClock is circular and mounted at right angles to the wall with a clockface on each side. The face is white with black hands and surround and gold roman numerals.
