EN: The Spycher Michel-Supersaxo is located at the entrance of the Schlossgasse and forms a unit with the Supersaxo House of 1597. The house has a brick hall floor above a vaulted cellar. Above it has a two-storey timber structure on supports, both floors are provided with circumferential balconies. The hall floor served as a courtroom of the Zenden (district).

The building is considered one of the finest and most historic Walliser Spycher (traditional granary and barn). It was built in 1651 by Georg II. Michel Supersaxo, grandson of the builder of the adjacent residential building, Georg I. Michel Supersaxo. Both were repeatedly Great Castellan of Brig and later governor of Valais.
