Built in the same year as two of the buildings to the North, this building was built for J.A. Harvey. Mr. Harvey soon opened up the J.A. Harvey Oyster Restaurant. It is unknown how long the restaurant was in business, but the historic name of the building also included a saloon and grocery store. At one time this building was also the home for Hanson's Ladies LTD. This building was designed in the Italianate style and today houses KEPS.
