These twenty pounder Parott Guns were mounted on the Civil War battleship the Pensacola. The guns are placed next to a statue erected to honor those from Wayne County who served in the Civil War. The guns were dedicated July 4 1902 and were placed to honor the soldiers sailors and noble patriotic women of Wayne County, Ohio.
