Park on the South side of the bridge and walk to the center of the bridge to Pass Island Area. Take stairs down to Pass Island and follow trail on the East side of the bridge (South side of island). The group of 5 markers is on the South side of the Island near the water level. There is a trail down to the area so it's not dangerous to get to. I wouldn't take young kids there though. Anyone who takes a tumble into Deception Pass won't likely make it as the water is very cold and the current wild and strong, so BE CAREFUL. There are also several other markers on the island and either end of the bridges.
