Eine Kursächsische Postmeilensäule ist ein Meilenstein, der Entfernungen und Gehzeiten bis auf eine Achtelstunde genau angibt. Die Säulen wurden während der Regierungszeit August des Starken und seines Nachfolgers an wichtigen Post- und Handelsstraßen sowie in den Städten des Kurfürstentums Sachsen aufgestellt.
Die Angaben auf den Säulen entsprachen den amtlichen Entfernungen und wurden als Grundlage für eine einheitliche Berechnung der Postgebühren genutzt.
