The Church of The Holy Trinity is a large parish church in this world famous English Midlands town, most famous as the birthplace and burial place of the playwright William Shakespeare.

The bench mark is on the north-east face of the north-east diagonal buttress of the chancel and verified in 1961 as being 38.240m above the Newlyn datum and is 0.500m above ground. It is worn.
