This building is one of two buildings in this district (#3). It was constructed in 1934 by the Civilian Conservation Corps (CCC). It was completed by the FERA. The building faces north and has walls of native stone. The cross-gable on this elevation has wood planking and the roof extensions are supported by wood purlins. The roof was originally wood shingle, but was replaced with composition shingles after a fire in the 1940s. The main entrance has a wood planked door with iron hinges, and is flanked by multi-paned casement windows. Casement windows are also in the gable area. The building has wood beamed headers, and stone sills.

On the west elevation, a stone chimney rises through the gable. Throughout the building, native stone, as well as chunks of petrified wood are used in construction. On the south elevation, facing the lake, a large stone terrace runs the width of the building.
