"The inspiration for our restaurant’s name and logo came from a trip when we visited the Shaolin Temple to admire the profound culture of Kung Fu art at its origin, the Song Mountain. We learned that the term “Kung Fu” is not only limited to Chinese martial arts. It refers to the training process of strengthening of one’s body, mind, and skills, not necessarily what is being trained. One can possess Kung Fu in any area that he or she has worked hard to develop. The ultimate level of Kung Fu is presented humbly, like a crouching tiger. kungfu13
