Bridge carrying ottawa carleton regional road no.38 (carling avenue) over watts creek, 4.4 km west of junction of corkstown road and carling avenue, 2.1 km east of herzberg road, 0.7 km east of c.n.r. Overpass, about 65 m west of junction with road to "department of national defence connaught ranges", tablet in top at southeast corner, 25 cm west of east end and 25 cm north of concrete end post.
There is little left to read on the face of this relatively young horizontal marker. I suspect that too many snow plows have hit this one.
