[De:] Das Forsthaus Remstecken liegt im Naherholungsgebiet von Koblenz. Oberhalb der Südstadt am Rand des Hünsrücks gelegen ist das Forsthaus über die B327 zu erreichen. Das ehemalige Forsthaus wurde zu einem Wildpark und einer Waldökostation umfunktioniert. Im Wildpark mit einer Größe von ca. 20ha leben 20 verschiedene Tierarten. Hierzu gehören neben diversen Vogelarten die Tierarten, die im Wald anzutreffen sind.
Zahlreiche Wege laden zu einem Spaziergang oder auch einer länngeren Wanderung ein. Das Forsthaus wurde zu einem Hotelrestaurant umgebautund bietet Gelegenheit zur Einkehr.
[En:] The forrester's lodge Remstecken is located in the recreation area of Koblenz. Situated above the south town on the edge of the Hünsrücks the lodge can be reached travellon on B327 in direction to Waldesch. The former forester's house was converted into a wildlife park and an ecological station. In the wildlife park with a size of about 20ha live about 20 different species. In addition to various species of birds here are the species that are found in the forest.
Numerous paths invite you to take a walk or a hike. The lodge has been converted into a restaurant that can be used for a rest.
