This is a simple iron Town Clock standing on an aluminum pole.
Both sides have a white background and there are only thick black markings visible to every 5 minutes, the seconds are shown with a thin black marker.
The hands of the clock are also black.
Rottevalle is a village in Smallingerland in the province of Friesland, the Netherlands. It had a population of around 1320 in 2004.
