This station, a Pennoni Associates control monument, is located in the Delaware Seashore State Park, at the Indian River Inlet, DE. It is south side campground area of the park.
To access the mark, exit DE Rt. 1 at the south end of the Cullen Bridge. Go to Turn Point Road (DE Rd 50A), along the west side of the bridge, and proceed north on Turn Point Road to a rotary, and the mark.
The mark is set in the concrete base of a power transmission tower with cell antennas, at the immediate west of the rotary, and at the north edge of Turn Point Road. The mark is set in the top of the south side of the base.
